To ensure that you the customer gets exactly the best product matched to your needs we offer a free home assessment in the comfort of your own home. If product is available then a product demonstration can be done.

When you call, we will arrange to visit your home at a time convenient to you. Keith will come and sit with you in the comfort of your own home, discuss your particular needs and then suggest a number of realistic options based on those needs and your available budget. If you have never used a scooter before, we can also bring a trial scooter so that you can have a go on one in your own street.
When you first make contact with us over the phone, we will ask you a few important, relevant questions relating to the type of product you feel you may need. This will also let us know your wishes and expectations.
